School closure

Uncategorised, | by Lynn Deans

On Monday 23rd March, following government guidelines, the school will close to most pupils, until further notice.

Following guidelines, the school is open to children of key workers and vulnerable children. Further details can be found on the following link. https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/coronavirus-covid-19-maintaining-educational-provision/guidance-for-schools-colleges-and-local-authorities-on-maintaining-educational-provision

Please contact the school if you believe you are within one of the categories of parents who are entitled to send their children to school.

We strongly advise that you consider other forms of childcare before sending your children to school. This is to reduce the risk of infection for school staff, pupils and yourselves.

Please consult the Home Learning Zone of the home page of the website for activities for your children while they are at home.

Everyday teachers will be setting work for pupils on the Home Learning Platform ‘Education City’. Your child should have brought home log in details. If pupils have been off school please contact the school via e mail, ([email protected]) or telephone if you have not received your child’s Education City login.
